Each session is held over Zoom. Once you select your desired appointment, then you will receive a link to log into on your appointment date/time.

For cancellations, we are happy to accommodate up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot to reschedule. Due to the nature of these sessions, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds.
